In this three-day Paris training sponsored by Collective Genius and led by Grove consultant Malgosia Kostecka, learn how to facilitate groups and support their work using large-scale graphic displays. Build your skills through hands-on, immersive practice including learning how to draw basic icons and images, planning and creating large-format displays, recording dialogue in real time, and leading groups through processes toward their goals. This workshop will teach you graphic recording fundamentals, essential facilitation methods, and how to combine the two so you can immediately begin using these tools upon completing the training.

At this five-day conference we will explore together how leading can be practiced with a sense of the sacred--through mutual sensemaking, supporting crucibles of transformation, and designing transformative processes that purposefully invite the sacred. Our exploration will be informed by archetypal frameworks such as rites of passages and collective wisdom. We will also experience ceremony together. We are looking to move beyond the edges of personal and collective understanding of our work as leaders, hosts and facilitators toward something greater, holistic and wiser.
