Overview

David Sibbet’s second best-selling book, Visual Teams: Graphic Tools for Commitment, Innovation, & High Performance, builds on Visual Meetings by sharing graphic tools that work across time and space to improve team performance. It uses graphics to illustrate and explain the widely used Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model, and its underlying Theory of Process. This six-hour workshop is an immersive introduction to The Grove’s tools for teams, with experiences in practical ways to start a new team, assess and improve progress, and create team cultures in your organization. The workshop will focus both on teams working in the same location and distributed teams. Participants will receive the book and will practice with graphic team tools during the workshop. David Sibbet will co-lead the workshop with Rachel Smith, director of Digital Facilitation Services at The Grove.
