This two-day practical exploration of the Drexler/Sibbet/Forrester Team Performance™ System includes a Leader Guide as well as assessment and orientation materials. Participants use the tools in experiential exercises, hear cases, and explore the way in which the model and its supportive elements can provide a system-wide framework for improving team performance.
