Principles of Graphic Facilitation combines the theory and practice of graphic facilitation with the fundamentals of graphic recording. It is informed by David Sibbet’s definitive book Graphic Facilitation: Transforming Groups with the Power of Visual Listening. Participants learn to draw, create large-format displays, record, and practice facilitating and receiving feedback. They also design a meeting process and learn about methods of documenting visual meetings. This is a full immersion in the best practices for applying visual language to group processes.
• Practice public listening, lettering, and core drawing skills of graphic recording
• Gain hands-on practice recording with blank paper, using the seven archetypal visual formats (Group Graphics® Keyboard) to focus a group's conversation
• Learn a starter repertoire of graphic icons for graphic recording
• Use the Four Flows of facilitation — attention, energy, information and operations — to gain insight about your own facilitation practice and the needs of your clients

Sylvia Vriesendorp, Institutional Development Specialist“I came back from your Principles of Graphic Facilitation workshop energized and with a pack full of skills (and resources) and a wonderful support group. I wanted to tell you that it has been among the best workshops I have ever attended: great design, great trainer/facilitator, great materials, and very practical. In fact, I am putting my new skills into practice right now.”
