Strategic Visioning |
| |

Strategic Visioning, our flagship Visual Planning Systems™ was created by The Grove's senior consultants as a visual template-based methodology for engaging an organization. Using our signature set of Graphic Guides® templates it integrates strategic-planning practices, such as environmental scanning, SWOT analysis, and strategic and tactical goal development, with organization-change activities and graphic visualization. Collectively, these elements support breakthrough thinking in a group process of reaching common understanding and new levels of commitment.
With The Grove's Strategic Visioning™ Model as a backdrop, study the trends in your company's past, take a snap-shot of its current environment and competitors, envision where you want to be in five years and make an action plan of how to get there. These tools use stimulating graphics to tap a group's knowledge and creativity, and help you work collaboratively to achieve your goals. Choose from twenty business templates and their accompanying Leader's Guides and create your own customized planning process, or buy one of our Starter Sets of Tools.
STARTER SETS OF TOOLS Although there are unlimited uses for our Visual Planning Systems, we have bundled several into Kits that support specific group processes. Kits include suggested Graphic Guides and supportive tools for working graphically.
The new Strategic Visioning Agenda Planning Kit is a portable, card-based system that provides choices for designing a Strategic Visioning process and helping teams choose the right tools for use in virtual and face-to-face meetings.
The Strategic Visioning Startup Kit provides you with the tools to facilitate a basic visioning process. Using six full-color, wall-sized Graphic Guides, lead your group through a visioning cycle of looking backward to capture lessons learned, scanning the current environment, envisioning the future and agreeing on action plans.
The Project Kick-Off Kit uses a series of five Graphic Guides to launch a project so that all participants work together from the beginning.
The Project Debrief Kit uses four Graphic Guides to help a project team distill key learnings and identify guiding principles that can be implemented for its next project.
